Your Mission

As a Territory Sales Rep/District Sales Manager, you’re not just managing a territory—you’re owning it. You’ll be boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face with small and mid-sized businesses, turning cold leads into hot revenue.

You’ll hunt, close, and grow accounts like your paycheck depends on it—because a big portion of it does. 

What You’ll Do

  • Own your zip codes– Prospect, pitch, and close new business in underserved areas.
  • Expand existing accounts – Don’t just maintain—grow. Upsell, cross-sell, and push volume.
  • Hit 35+ retailers a week (combined new business and existing retailers)– No excuses. No shortcuts. 
  • Drive revenue– Grow volume, boost margins, and crush your KPIs.
  • Dominate the CRM– Log every lead, every call, every win.
  • Deliver killer presentations– Show off our industry-leading products and close the deal.
  • Build loyalty– Keep your agents close and your competitors sweating.
  • Collaborate to win– Work cross-functionally to upsell, cross-sell, and maximize every opportunity

What You Bring

  • 3-4+ years of quota-crushing B2B sales experience—territory management, Latin SMB focus.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in retail networks, money transfer, prepaid cards, top-ups or financial services? Even better.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)– Non-negotiable.
  • CRM-savvy, Microsoft Office-ready.
  • Your own ride, insurance, and the drive to be on the road 75–90% of the time. (Car stipend details in Perks below)
  • Multicultural experience is a must—you’ll be working with diverse communities.
