Team
Blitz is a gaming platform launched in 2021, allowing players to compete in mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging a unique game portfolio as well as exclusive games crafted for Blitz to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.
We are looking for a Monetization Manager to contribute to the economy and monetization strategy of Blitz, a real-money gaming platform.
Role
- Give recommendations and contribute to the development of our Monetization strategy by analyzing the performance of in-game events, content, and offers
- Manage the virtual economy for “Blitz” and calibrate meta-features to keep our users engaged (missions, challenges, contests, etc.)
- Manage pricing strategies for virtual goods and services
- Contribute to the Live Ops planning and strategy
- Perform competitive analysis by playing our game and competitors' games to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate closely with our Monetization and Art teams to provide valuable input in the strategic planning process
Profile
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering
- Highly analytical, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Deep interest in gaming
- English and French proficiency
- A team player with a deep collaborative mindset,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude toward receiving, acting on, and providing feedback
- Demonstrated accountability, independence, and Ownership over your work
- Familiar with AB Testing
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Tableau
