Leads injection molding process optimization, continuous improvement, tooling trials, process debugging, capability studies, validation, and production documentation. Supervises and trains molding technicians, collaborates with tooling engineers and suppliers, supports new-project feasibility analysis, participates in supplier evaluation, and monitors environmental, health, and safety compliance.
