Job Description:
Molder -2nd Shift, temporary – Delavan, WI

We have an opportunity for a temporary Molder to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.
You will:
- Perform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part.
- Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging.
- Perform in-process quality checks and communicate non-conformances to proper personnel.
- Maintain card system and determination of KanBan quantities.
- Productivity reporting and Quality audit reporting.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools
- Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders
- Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the production floor.
Shift/Hours:
- 2nd shift 2:00pm – 10:00pm Monday – Friday
- Overtime as needed either after shift or on Saturdays
Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is: $17.00/hr. (with an 8% shift differential - $18.36/hr. total). Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
