In this role you will lead Avenza Technology Team for Modules in Avenza Plant (ITA).
You’ll be a key player for the Plant’s growth from Cultural, Technology and Operational Excellence perspective.
As Module Solutions Technology Leader, you will be leading your team in:
Managing the early stage of the projects, being responsible of project quotation and risk review during the ITO (inquire to order) phase, meaning that the candidate will be involved in the offer creation to the Customer.
Handling the Constructability review; Designing and Releasing fabrication, construction and general operations specifications.
Promoting a Culture of interdependence on HSE and Quality and ensuring the full compliance to standards and policies.
Defining and monitoring performance management KPI’s to ensure all the operational objectives are met, seeking and securing opportunities for cost savings.
Define the production engineering strategy and modularization approach tailored to yard-based manufacturing conditions (open-air work zones, limited automation, weather variability, heavy equipment workflows).
Translate design intent into production-ready engineering packages that account for yard constraints, lifting operations, material staging, ground conditions, and mobile workstations.
Drive the evolution of the yard into a structured, takt-driven modular production environment, incrementally increasing standardization, flow, and productivity.
Determine module break‑down structures, assembly sequencing, and standardized interfaces optimized for yard fabrication, crane operations, and transportation to final site.
Establish clear, safe, and efficient yard production zones (preparation, assembly, MEP fitout, finishing, inspection) with logical material and equipment flow paths.
Oversee development of production work instructions, layout plans, BOMs, and lift plans tailored to yard conditions and heavy construction processes.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
MSc Engineering from an accredited university or a Technical education and background with demonstrated experience in Manufacturing or Field environment
Solid experience in technical or construction roles for EPS or module solutions construction company
High consciousness of Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
Ability in working effectively across functions within a global-matrix environment
Industry 4.0 familiarity & mindset
Fluency in both English and Italian languages
Hold an EU work permit
