In this role you will lead Avenza Technology Team for Modules in Avenza Plant (ITA).
You’ll be a key player for the Plant’s growth from Cultural, Technology and Operational Excellence perspective.
As Module Solutions Technology Leader, you will be leading your team in:
• Leading the early stage of the projects, being responsible of project quotation and risk review during the ITO (inquire to order) phase, meaning that the candidate will be involved in the offer creation to the Customer.
• Leading Constructability review; Designing and Releasing fabrication, construction and general operations specifications.
• Developing and implementing the methods, the procedures and the manufacturing cycles for execution. All designed for Safety & for Quality.
• Supporting Continuous improvement and digital growth initiatives, being fully involved on broader initiatives at EE Manufacturing Level.
• Driving and Implementing Lessons Learned at project and product level.
• Managing and fixing production non-conformities or Issues which occurs during project execution related to technical aspects.
• Promoting a Culture of interdependence on HSE and Quality and ensuring the full compliance to standards and policies.
• Defining and monitoring performance management KPI’s to ensure all the operational objectives are met, seeking and securing opportunities for cost savings.
• Supporting on New Product Development and New Energy Solution project at EE level, leading their deployment within the Plant
• Collaborating with Schools/Universities in the view of talent development and technology growth
• Contributing to plant visibility and attraction strategy by supporting the external and internal visits in the plant.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
• 10+ experience in technical or construction roles for EPS or module solutions construction company
• Have a MSc Engineering from an accredited university or a Technical education and background with demonstrated experience in Manufacturing or Field environment
• Have a high consciousness of Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
• Display an ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environment
• Industry 4.0 familiarity & mindset
• Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit
