Missions :
- Process equipment specification review, installation, improvement, ramp-up for the Module lines at Gigafactory scale
- Meeting key targets for schedule and OEE for the module process performance
- Collaborating closely with the customer and with machine suppliers
- Process establishment) through DOE establishment and verification, PFMEA, control plan, etc.
Prerequisites :
- Master's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in the lithium-ion battery module field
- Exposure to high-volume manufacturing of cells and modules for an automotive customer
- Extensive experience in team management for an engineering group
- Knowledge and operating experience of CAD software and data analysis software
