Job Summary: This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities. As an Operation Module Development Engineer, you will drive technology development and enablement for both high-volume manufacturing and future technology initiatives. You'll provide process integration and equipment solutions, perform feasibility studies to meet desired device specifications, and lead the design and development of technically sophisticated manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Development Leadership:
Drive technology development and enablement for both high-volume manufacturing and future technology roadmaps
Provide innovative process integration and equipment solutions to meet complex manufacturing challenges
Perform comprehensive feasibility studies to meet desired device specifications
Process Innovation and Design:
Lead design and development of technically sophisticated manufacturing processes and/or repair reverse engineering
Focus on material selection, parameter optimization, equipment metrology, and system design to enable new product designs and functional requirements
Pathfinding and Roadmap Development:
Perform path-finding activities in support of process and hardware development enabling manufacturing of innovative device architectures
Develop comprehensive roadmaps for technologies enabling future product roadmaps
Manufacturing Optimization:
Recommend and implement modifications for operating equipment to improve production efficiency and manufacturing techniques
Optimize production output for existing products through continuous improvement initiatives
Strategic Partnerships:
Partner with key equipment and materials suppliers to develop and implement enabling elements of technology
Collaborate with vendor ecosystem to build cost-sensitive roadmaps
Technical Analysis and Innovation:
Perform process technology feasibility studies through theoretical simulations and/or practical engineering methods
Stay updated on relevant industrial process and material manufacturing technical trends
Develop strategic view of inherent future Intel process technology needs to push industry forward

Qualifications:You must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors in chemical, mechanical, materials engineering, physics, chemistry or related STEM Engineering field.
1+ years of Experience with operating AFM, EDX, Focused Ion Beam, NANO-IR, SEM
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with photomask manufacturing and process technology.
Experience with design of experiments, process control methodology, data analysis skills in data analysis tools such as JMP, SQL, etc.
Cleanroom experience and troubleshooting complex process issues with Yield
Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and engineering analysis tools experience.
+2 years of experience in Semiconductor fabrication or nanotechnology.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $85,200.00-162,500.00 USD
