Join our team as a Modern Work Consultant – Teams & SharePoint and act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers in the DACH region, helping them design and implement modern Microsoft 365 collaboration environments. You will drive migration, adoption, and modernization projects that transform how organizations communicate and work together.
This role is based in Romania with the possibility of working in a hybrid or remote setup.
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement modern collaboration architectures for enterprise customers.
- Deliver Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online solutions from design to implementation.
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migrations (on-premises to cloud, tenant-to-tenant).
- Drive Microsoft Teams adoption and workplace modernization initiatives.
- Support Teams Phone implementations where required.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and consultants on international DACH-focused projects.
What you bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (Online or On-Premises).
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive in enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 collaboration or migration projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of modern workplace and collaboration scenarios.
- C1-level German and strong English communication skills, both required for customer communication.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as Planner, Lists, Forms, and Viva.
- Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, or governance.
- Passion for modern workplace transformation and continuous improvement.
