Join Lonza as a MODA-ES Supervisor, where you will lead the MES Engineering team supporting electronic batch record (eBR) development and maintenance within the MODA-ES Manufacturing Execution System. Lead and supervise the MES Engineering team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Drive MES-related projects and support the maintenance and enhancement of electronic batch records within the MODA-ES platform.
Develop team schedules, prioritize workloads, and proactively manage project timelines and deliverables.
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, CAPEX, Global, and customer teams to ensure successful project execution.
Author, review, and close quality records, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and guidance for MES applications and related systems.
Lead training initiatives for MES Engineers, Manufacturing personnel, and other key stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
5-10 years of experience supporting automation systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); MODA-ES experience is preferred.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
Experience with quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization.

Skills Required
