Essential Functions:

  • Researches the status of vehicles with manufacturers and/or upfitters via work bucket, OEM/Vendor websites, and reporting tools to ensure targeted dates are on track to be met.
  • Communicate all delays through system that will affect the successful delivery of a vehicle based on normal order to delivery timelines to Client Relations and Vehicle Supply Chain.
  • Upload data and maintain validity in Holman status system by adding relevant, clear, and concise notes that create a complete end-to-end picture with information gathered and stored so that users around the business can access and understand the history of the notes.
  • Liaison between OEM and SCS team to ensure status updates are communicated to other areas of the company and to the client.
  • Coordinate with Holman M&D scheduling teams at each facility to provide real-time updates on vehicle arrival dates, particularly mis-hipped units, etc. Provide visibility to the business with trends & status, rail shortages which includes providing Mis-Ship status to Holman M&D – HUB Access needed. This will lessen the time vehicles are on ground at Holman M&D and alleviate parking lot storage challenges, and also provide schedulers insight to accurately plan jobs.
  • Provide OEM industry updates to team to be shared with the business.
  • Proactively anticipate and deliver on client inquiries by following up on vehicle status issues.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
  • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields
  • Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
  • Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.86 - $33.15 USD per hour.
