As the Travel Mobility , you will be part of the Travel desk team handling end-to-end travel requirements for both international and domestic segments and also provide administrative support to the Facilities team based out of our brand new 2 lakh sq ft state of the art facility at Balewadi, Pune.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end travel requirements both international and domestic travel arrangements for air, hotel, rail, requests for ticketing, fares, routing, and visa requests for Business Travel clients.
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Executives not limited to travel bookings.
- Manage end to end travel plans efficiently and cost-effectively – airlines, trains, transport, and hotels.
- Incumbent should have good knowledge of domestic as well as international critical itineraries (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory)
- Open to work in a flexible environment and in shifts
- Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere to SLA.
- Expect to work on financials (card reconciliation will be an advantage). Ensure the latest updated policies, procedures, and desk Instructions are read & complied.
- Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal)
- Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage. Counsel clients on efficient, routings for the lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with the Corporation’s business travel policies
- Research and resolve client inquiries/issues at the point of sale.
- Deliver expectations against individual and shared team key performance indicators.
- Comply with all legal and industry standards.
- Ensure each PNR contains the standard documentation and documentation for any exceptions handled during the reservation process.
- Provide support to Facilities team in areas such as cab transport, general office operations, logistics, etc.
- Visitor Management
- Hotel negotiation & best travel practices.
Experience & Skills:
- Graduate degree in travel & tourism would be added advantage.
- Should able to Handel Group Bookings end to end.
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience in the travel domain
- Build excellent business relationships with customer groups, peers, and seniors.
- Should be team player and manage show alone if required.
- Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage. GDS experience is mandatory.
- Experience working with Concur and Amex GBT would be a big bonus.
- Must have experience in processing business visas.
- Must have experience in handling face to face client.
