What you'll do:

• Technically lead the mobile development team, defining architectures, coding standards, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain native applications for Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift), ensuring quality, performance, and usability.
• Perform code reviews, ensuring code quality and compliance with established standards.
• Mentor and develop team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Participate in sprint planning and execution, ensuring the delivery of features on time and with quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile market trends and technologies, proposing innovative solutions.
• Identify and solve complex technical problems, ensuring application stability and security.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and product quality.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior mobile developer.
• Strong knowledge of native development for Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift).
• Experience with software architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) and design patterns.
• Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing.
• Experience with code versioning tools (Git).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and passion for technology.
• Intermediate/advanced English (desirable).
