Your Key Responsibilities:
Field test for new mobile products to be launched and maintained on the market.
Quality Assurance testing in live network, ensuring the quality and reliability of mobile devices and applications in end-user perspective. Your focus will be on testing AI-driven features, automating test processes, and validating the performance of cutting-edge technologies in real-world scenarios:
• AI and Automation Testing:
o Develop, mantain and execute automated test scripts for AI-based features, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
o Validate AI-driven applications and services, including voice-activated features, machine learning models, and predictive analytics.
o Conduct manual testing of AI and non-AI features to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations and to identify edge cases and potential issues that may not be covered by automated tests.
o Implement and optimize automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Quality Assurance Testing:
o Conduct field tests on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables) to ensure proper operation in live network environments.
o Perform software testing, including Test Cases (TC) for basic functionalities, InterOperability Testing (IOT) with network operators, and compatibility testing with Samsung and third-party devices.
o Evaluate call success rates, throughput, validate 5G, LTE, RCS, and other network-specific features to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Innovation and Technology Adoption:
o Stay updated on emerging technologies in the mobile field and be prepared to test and validate new innovations.
o Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures for Country- or Europe-wide adoption.

Role and Responsibilities

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Educational Background: Engineering Master with Telecommunication or IT specialization (preferred), Computer Science or other Science degrees.

Professional Background: n.a.

Skills considered a plus for the position:

• Proven experience in mobile quality assurance, with a focus on AI and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies for mobile devices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with mobile operating systems (Android, iOS) and development environments.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java) for automation testing and Big Data analysis.
