Mobile Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Helfy, you’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end: from ideation and user research to roadmap planning, delivery, and optimization. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to build scalable B2C solutions that serve patients across Europe.

The platform seamlessly combines medical consultation, prescription handling, pharmacy fulfillment, and last-mile delivery into a single digital experience. Operating in regulated environments, DoktorABC enables millions of patients to receive treatment without queues, friction, or unnecessary in-person visits.

We are looking for a Product Manager to own our patient mobile app on iOS and Android. You will lead the app roadmap end to end, work with our mobile engineers and designers, and partner with the other product squads to bring new features to the app.

•         Manage the full product lifecycle – research, specs, development, QA, app store release and iteration

•         Improve the core app journeys: onboarding, consultation, ordering, subscriptions and delivery tracking

•         Drive app engagement and retention through push notifications and in-app communication

•         Work with the other product squads to align web and app features

•         Own the release process, including app store submissions and rollouts

•         Define and track app KPIs – retention, conversion, ratings and stability – and run A/B tests

•         3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including experience owning a consumer mobile app

•         Good understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, app store guidelines and release processes

•         Strong product sense and attention to mobile UX

•         Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics and A/B testing

•         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

•         Experience working with Agile / Kanban teams

•         Fluent English
