Mō te tūranga | About the Role
This is a role for someone who loves the chase just as much as they love helping people. As a Mobile Lending Manager, you’ll be out in the community building your own pipeline, creating opportunities, and becoming the go‑to lending expert for home buyers and small business owners across your region. You’ll meet customers where and when it suits them, build deep relationships, and deliver lending solutions that genuinely make a difference.
You’ll thrive on being proactive — networking, hosting seminars, partnering with local businesses, and turning conversations into customers. You’ll build a strong personal brand in your market, backed by the strength and reputation of Westpac.
While the majority of your lending will be residential, you’ll also play a key role in supporting small and medium enterprises with their lending needs. This is a great opportunity for someone with business banking experience who wants more autonomy, more variety, and more ownership of their success.
