About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mobile Lead to join our R&D team and take ownership of our mobile development efforts. In this role, you'll lead the mobile team, shape our mobile architecture, and drive the development of cutting-edge features that deliver an exceptional experience to our users.
What You'll Do:

• Build a kick-ass mobile app.
• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers (React Native).
• Own our mobile development lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices in mobile development, code quality, and performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies and trends, evaluating and implementing new tools and frameworks where appropriate.
• Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and stability across platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• A desire to build intuitive, responsive, and delightful user interfaces.
• 5+ years of experience in React native mobile development with a proven record for apps that reached the stores and users.
• 2+ years of experience in a leading role.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns, well reasoned opinions on mobile technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and app store deployment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
• Understanding of RESTful/GraphQL APIs, web services, and asynchronous programming.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native code (Obj-c, swift, kotlin, java).
• Backend experience or understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for user interfaces and design.

Salary range: 39,000-43,000
