- 5+ years of overall mobile development experience, with at least 3–4 years in Flutter.
- Strong passion for mobile development and creating clean, maintainable code.
- Solid experience with Flutter and the ability to describe complex features you've built.
- Hands-on experience in monitoring and troubleshooting live mobile apps using tools like Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Amplitude, or similar.
- Practical experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, including test automation, lint checks, code signing, and deployment to app stores.
- English level B2+ for daily communication.
- A continuous learning attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
