What you'll do:
- Coordinate the mobile (Android/Kotlin) development team, ensuring on-time delivery with quality;
- Act as the team's Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments;
- Represent the engineering perspective when communicating and planning with product and design;
- Guide technical and architectural decisions;
- Encourage the use of AI-assisted development tools and practices to optimize workflows and support the team's efficiency;
- Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;
- Support developers' career growth through regular feedback and 1:1 meetings;
- Be challenged to create scalable and reliable solutions.
We are looking for people with:
- University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
- Previous experience leading or coordinating mobile development teams;
- Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving;
- Solid experience with native mobile (Android/Kotlin) development;
- Understanding of modern Android architectures, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines;
- Familiarity with incorporating AI capabilities and tools into development workflows and software architecture;
- Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices;
- Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation);
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology.

Skills Required
