Job Description:
Summary
The Mobile Device Administrator will provide overall management and system administration of the Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment.
Essential Functions
Responsible for MDM administration and management (AirWatch, Intune, and ActiveSync) to include end user/device enrollments and deletions, ensuring mobile implementations are in line with privacy, legal, security policies, and Corporate standards, testing and evaluation of mobile devices against Enterprise MDM Systems.
Work closely with the Business with mobile device requirements, engineering appropriate solutions, performing piloting, implementations, and providing post release support.
Work on projects pertaining to applications and/or products impacting Ryder's desktop, laptop, and mobile device configurations. Responsible for mobile device configurations via MDM.
Mobile device testing, end user troubleshooting, and providing 3rd level technical support to various IT and Business Teams
Develop and create documentation that includes conceptual descriptions, task-based procedures, configurations, installations, and reference information.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Three (3) years or more experience with a MDM tool/solution (Workspace ONE by VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)/Intune, and/or IBM MaaS360) and expert experience administrating, provisioning, and deploying mobile devices and solutions with a MDM solution. required
Three (3) years or more technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with iOS and Android mobile devices in an Enterprise setting
Three (3) years or more experience with the technical management of BYOD/Corporate owned mobile devices and technologies

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
