We are seeking an Mobile Developer to join our M&E (Monitoring & Enhancement) support team. This role is part of a global engineering group delivering 16x7 support for mobile applications. As a member of this team, you will help maintain and improve iOS applications, contributing to system stability and user satisfaction.
You will
- Assist in identifying and resolving iOS issues in production environments.
- Support code maintenance and small enhancements to existing applications.
- Work closely with senior engineers to monitor app performance and reliability.
- Participate in incident resolution and documentation of support procedures.
- Contribute to a knowledge base of known issues and solutions.
- Assist with 16x7 support coverage activities, including shift transitions and escalation notifications.
You have
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift.
- Familiarity with Xcode, UIKit, debugging tools, and testing frameworks.
- Good understanding of app store deployment and version control (Git).
- Interest in production support, troubleshooting, and continuous learning.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rotational or flexible schedule to support 16x7 operations.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Stackdriver, Datadog, Splunk).
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and mobile app deployment processes.
- Previous work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience working with global, multicultural teams.
- Prior experience in support or operational roles.
