We are looking for an enthusiastic Mobile Developer with a startup mindset to join our client's team. You will be contributing to developing and maintaining apps for a media, technology and commerce company oriented to a black women audience.

As part of this role, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to create seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to conceptualize and develop mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain mobile solutions in native iOS and Android.
• Implement UI/UX designs and ensure responsive layouts for various screen sizes.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Experience with native iOS and Android development.
• Proficiency in programming on Swift and Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development principles, including UI/UX design, performance optimization, and responsive layouts.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of backend development and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud technologies such as Firebase or AWS.

Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:

• Experience with Flutter mobile development using Dart

Soft Skills:

• Proactive attitude, strong sense of self-motivation, organization, attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, refining project requirements and designing solutions and features.
