Mobile Connections Advisor Day To Day:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for residential customers seeking wireless sales solutions
  • Guide customers through complex wireless technology options, monthly billing options, and any upgraded features during the sales process
  • Listen attentively to customers' needs, requests, and challenges
  • Provide clear and understandable information about AT&T wireless solutions
  • Learn how to process sales orders to complete sales regularly for customers 
  • Help customers make informed and confident decisions
  • Ensure customer productivity and connectivity through appropriate solutions
  • Foster strong relationships with customers based on trust and understanding
