THE OPPORTUNITY

Bring across your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to manage a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support. As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will facilitate effective workplace co-ordination of a timely and safe return to work plan through personalised face-to-face assistance, promoting an injured worker’s recovery.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Adelaide office with the flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and drive RTW plans while liaising with a variety of stakeholders to ensure Return to Work outcomes

  • Collaborate with claims specialists, liability specialists & other technical and support experts to manage a portfolio of claims

  • Conduct purposeful community-based visits to worksites or medical clinics at initial stages of a claim to deliver face to face assistance to workers and employers

  • Provide accurate information that is consistent and easy to understand to coach and educate employers around the health benefits and impacts of returning to work
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Passionate and committed with excellent communication to provide high-quality service in a face to face setting

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and work closely with a wide range of customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

  • Excellent customer service skills including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes

  • Strong computer and records management skills

  • Current driver’s license and a 5 star ANCAP rating vehicle
