What you will Do:

    • Develop and implement category strategies to achieve sales, margin, and inventory turn goals for the mobile category.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and product availability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to develop promotions and campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, making adjustments to the product assortment and pricing strategies as needed to maximize sales and profitability.
    • Manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
    • Create and maintain an attractive online shopping experience for customers by optimizing product listings and merchandising.
    • Lead regular reviews of category performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving actionable insights.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in category management, must be in Mobile category.
  • Good knowledge in TV category is a plus.
  • Proven negotiation skills with vendors and distributors.
  • Understanding of e-commerce marketplace dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Inventory management and stock optimization.
  • Managing product launches, campaigns, and promotions.

Skills Required
