Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mobile App Specialist to support the growing community of Mindbase customers with industry leading, co-branded, self-help mobile application. This role combines elements of technology and creativity as the candidate will be required to manipulate customer data and ideas into an appealing and easy to use format on a mobile platform.
The candidate will work closely with Versaterm Mindbase’s engineering, tech support and implementation teams and partner success managers to delight users of the Mindbase platform with an enjoyable mobile experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating mobile application for new customers
Represent Mindbase at conferences, industry events, webinars, demos, and customer meetings. Share your lived experiences and highlight the impact of proactive wellness support in the public safety community. - Update mobile application for existing customers
Partner with Versaterm sales reps to educate prospects and onboard new agencies. Help program managers understand how to implement Mindbase effectively and navigate real-world challenges. - Administer Mindbase Nation
Conduct compelling product demos and host monthly user calls. Develop and lead educational webinars with industry professionals, mental health experts, and peer support leaders. - Drive Customer Engagement
Work directly with agencies to support day-to-day platform use, answer questions, and design Mindbase-focused initiatives and marketing efforts that drive user engagement. - Advocate for the User
Gather field feedback and share insights with product and technical teams to help evolve the platform. Contribute ideas for features such as fitness modules and peer support resources. - Thought Leadership
Speak publicly about your personal mental health journey, experiences in law enforcement, and the importance of wellness programs. Help agencies understand how to build culture-shifting wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience with BuildFire or similar mobile app development software.
- Knowledge of XML and HTML and other markup languages.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with customers to develop mobile apps that excite them.
- Understanding of public safety culture and the stigma surrounding mental wellness is a plus.
- Experience using or implementing Mindbase or similar platforms is a major plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of software development concepts and processes.
- Knowledge of mental wellness frameworks, peer support programs, or EAP offerings.
