Ideafarms is a Design + Innovation company. We design and develop experiences for non-physical interfaces - website, web apps and smart apps - as projects for clients as well as conceptualise, design and develop our own product ideas.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Smartphone Application developer having with 2-3 year to join our team and contribute his skills to give shape to our product/project.
You should be intrigued with the latest in the world of mobile technology and are keen to design and develop applications for Android, IOS, Windows and Blackberry. You should be self motivated and keep yourself up-to-date about the latest in the field of Mobile and Web Technology. Passionate about design/develop user-friendly Interfaces. If you have dabbled a bit with HTML 5, have heard of Responsive Web, know about any framework for developing cross platform mobile applications (like PhoneGap, AppAccelerator etc), we are interested in talking to you even more! Remember we value good attitude over skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analysis, designing, developing and testing solutions based on brief
- Develop code in Java, Objective C, Jquery for Mobile, HTML 5 and CSS 3
- Delivering to quality while sticking to deadlines.
- Carry out peer code reviews and quality assurance tasks on developed product
- Work in cross-functional team and contribute ideas and solution with in team
- Explore and adapt new technology and best practises while developing
Your typical day’s activities may include:
- Collaborating with our design and development teams to conceptualise solutions to give shape to our ideas
- Using your front-end skills or innate creativity to mock-up/prototype concepts
- Taking projects through from conception to completion, ensuring your solutions are implemented as intended by creative team
- Development, maintenance, testing and documentation of the projects that are assigned
To be able to do this you should have:
- Excellent problem solving and technical analytical skills combined with knowledge of development and networking tools
- Excellent Knowledge of OOPS
- Excellent Knowledge of Android, IOS platform architecture & SDKs
- Excellent knowledge of Web Services
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Java, Objective C, Php.
- Excellent knowledge of Database Management System, preferably MySQL
- Good knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, Java Script
- Good presentation, verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of App Development tool like PhoneGap, AppAccelerator, Titanium etc.
- Knowledge of Design Patterns, UML.
QualificationsGraduation - B.Tech/BCA/BE
Post Graduation - MCA
Or relevant Degree/Diploma from recognized institutes.

Skills Required
