Position Overview
We're looking for a Mobile App Developer with strong expertise in React Native to help shape and scale our mobile experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building engaging, high-performing, and reliable mobile applications that deliver AI-powered insights and intuitive user interactions. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile solutions into the broader platform. This role is perfect for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about creating exceptional mobile user experiences, and is excited by the potential of AI to drive deeper user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance our cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
- Ensure smooth performance across Android and iOS, with responsive, intuitive user interfaces tailored for business leaders.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and AI-powered services.
- Maintain high standards of mobile performance, accessibility, and reliability.
- Translate product requirements and wireframes into polished app features.
- Work with product and design teams to implement clean, consistent, and modern interfaces.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in mobile UX/UI.
- Integrate AI-driven features that personalize and enrich the user experience.
- Collaborate with the AI and data teams to bring intelligent automation and recommendation systems to mobile.
- Work closely with UK-based team members including the designers, and product leads.
- Participate in regular sprint cycles and contribute to a highly collaborative development culture.
- Communicate technical insights clearly across disciplines.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong portfolio of React Native projects.
- Solid experience working with REST APIs, authentication (e.g., Auth0), and integrating third-party libraries.
- Proficient with modern mobile development tools and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with AI-driven apps, data visualization, or analytics tools is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative work style.
- Based in the Philippines and available to work in UK-aligned hours.
