Your Role
As the first point of contact for patients, you'll help create a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Booking appointments and managing physician schedules
- Answering and triaging phone calls
- Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Processing referrals, requisitions, and specialist correspondence
- Medical billing and administrative support (MSP billing experience is an asset but not required)
- Working collaboratively with physicians and the clinical team
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining patient confidentiality
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys helping people and creating a positive patient experience
- Is comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software (EMR experience is an asset but not required)
- Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Brings professionalism, initiative, and a warm, caring attitude to every patient interaction
