Well-established, busy medical clinic on Vancouver's desirable West Side is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join their supportive team in a full-time, permanent position.

Your Role
As the first point of contact for patients, you'll help create a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience. Responsibilities include:
 
  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Booking appointments and managing physician schedules
  • Answering and triaging phone calls
  • Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Processing referrals, requisitions, and specialist correspondence
  • Medical billing and administrative support (MSP billing experience is an asset but not required)
  • Working collaboratively with physicians and the clinical team
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining patient confidentiality

  • Is organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys helping people and creating a positive patient experience
  • Is comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software (EMR experience is an asset but not required)
  • Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Brings professionalism, initiative, and a warm, caring attitude to every patient interaction
Previous MOA or medical office experience is welcomed but not required. This clinic is committed to training the right individual who is eager to learn and build a rewarding career in healthcare.
