MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established Family Medicine Clinic in Waterloo, Iowa. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages
- Conduct patient assessments, perform examinations, and manage chronic and acute conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Deliver patient education and preventive health guidance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
- Participate in quality improvement and clinic initiatives
Qualifications
- ARNP or PA-C with current Iowa licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or relevant specialty
- Previous primary care experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered mindset
