Responsibilities
負責廠務系統之即時監控與設備操作，並依系統別進行需求派工與支援調度。
Responsible for real-time monitoring and operation of facilities systems, including system-based task assignment and support dispatching.
管理與監控水系統, 電力系統, 汽化系統, 空調系統及無塵室空調系統。
Manage and monitor water systems, electrical systems, vaporization systems, HVAC systems, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
即時回應廠務系統異常，執行初步判斷, 緊急應變, 故障排除及關鍵問題排除。
Promptly respond to facilities system abnormalities by performing initial assessment, emergency response, troubleshooting, and addressing blocking issues.
執行廠務系統例行性點檢, 預防保養與維護作業，以確保系統安全, 穩定及可靠運轉。
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing to ensure safe, stable, and reliable system operation.
參與廠務系統相關專案推動，包含 TPM , CIT 及各項內外部稽核活動。
Participate in facilities-related projects, including TPM, CIT, and internal/external audit activities.
推動廠務系統運轉效能與節能改善措施，以提升整體系統穩定性與運轉績效。
Drive operational efficiency and energy-saving initiatives to improve overall system stability and performance.
支援廠務系統 AI 智能化與數位化轉型專案，以降低維運人力需求並優化營運成本。
Support AI and digital transformation initiatives to reduce maintenance labor requirements and optimize operating costs.
Minimum Qualifications
具大學（含）以上理工或科學相關背景，或具備相當工程專業能力與實務經驗者。
Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering or science-related field, or equivalent professional experience with relevant technical proficiencies.
具高度責任感，並展現良好之團隊合作精神與溝通協調能力。
Shows a solid sense of accountability along with effective collaboration and communication abilities.
具基本英文閱讀與溝通能力者佳。
Basic English reading and communication abilities are preferred.
願意配合四班三輪之輪班制度，並可接受必要之待命工作安排。
Willing to work on a four-shift, three-rotation schedule and accept on-call duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
具半導體廠或高科技製造環境之廠務系統相關經驗者佳。
Experience in semiconductor fabs or high-tech manufacturing facilities is preferred.
熟悉 FMCS , SCADA 或 BMS 系統者尤佳。
Familiarity with FMCS, SCADA, or BMS systems is highly preferred.
