The Impact You’ll Make
As the MMB SME Partnership LAC Specialist, you will be part of the Global MMB SME team, instrumental in developing and executing the partnership strategy within your designated region. Your role will extend beyond external partnership development to include partnering closely with stakeholders across Marsh McLennan to develop and implement regional distribution plans that leverage the global strategy while addressing regional and local market nuances. You will engage internal and external stakeholders to foster high-value partnerships and develop a tailored distribution approach that maximizes reach, efficiency, and revenue growth. Your proactive and strategic mindset will be essential in navigating regional market dynamics, ensuring measurable results in both short-term and long-term growth, all while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor under pressure.
We will rely on you to:
- Strategy Development: Leverage global partnership strategies and capabilities to meet regional market demands, maximizing impact and relevance.
- Partnership Engagement: Actively identify, develop, and manage relationships with key partners in the region, ensuring alignment with MMBs strategic objectives and enhancing customer experience. This includes partnering stakeholders across the firm to develop and execute regional distribution plans by identifying optimal channels, leveraging regional market insights, and ensuring the plans are adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Performance Measurement: Work with regional and local stakeholders to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both partnerships and distribution channels, ensuring a balanced focus on immediate revenue and sustainable growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Partnerships Leaders, Sales Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts for maximum impact.
- Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and partners, effectively communicating the value of partnerships and distribution initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about regional market trends, competitor activities, and distribution channel performance, leveraging insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing channels.
- Project Management: Manage multiple partnership and distribution initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, strategic alignment, and adaptability to market changes.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience developing strategic relationships with regional and/or global clients.
- Experience working effectively in a cross-cultural and multi-time zone environment with multiple stakeholders and audiences, including high-performance virtual teams.
- Experience working in a hybrid and flexible environment, with self-motivation and autonomy, and maintaining close contact with the global team is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferably portuguese)
- Strong regional and local insights to support adaptation of global partnership and distribution strategies to meet regional and local market demands, making necessary adjustments to maximize impact and relevance.
