Each Intern will:
Learn about insurance, the industry workflow, and various divisions within the organization as assigned during the internship.
Gain analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities.
Complete special projects or assignments that assist the department in its mission and help the intern learn more about the corporate environment.
Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily.
Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns to develop lasting professional connections.
Receive formal and informal feedback throughout the program.
Required Qualifications:

Working towards the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and/or Risk Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, other business, analytical, computer science, or data related field, any relevant degree, or advanced degree at an accredited college or university.
Demonstrated strong academic performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred interest in pursuing insurance services as a career.
Previous work experience or internship.
Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership aptitude.
