Job Description

1.Drive overall ramp readiness with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams.

2.Lead manufacturing operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps.

3.Follow through all engineering development builds and influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of high quality, low cost, and maximum flexibility.

4.Manage all operations-related communications, upward and downward, throughout the organization; escalate key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.

5.Responsible for the overall planning of internal resources and cross-departmental communication and coordination.

6.Responsible for the production process, production line and environment establishment of related products in the factory.

7.Responsible for the bridge between the factory and customers, and meet customers' needs for product production and shipment.

8.Responsible for confirming the preparations for each stage of NPI, and ensuring that the products can be shipped smoothly.

9.In the research and development stage, the introduction of new models of factory-side products, problem collection, analysis, tracking and improvement.

10.Organize relevant units to carry out NPI (MP) problem analysis, material processing and quality improvement.

11.The NPI stage collects and summarizes the production status and problems, and gives them to relevant units and customers in a timely manner.

12.When customers visit, they are responsible for preparing relevant materials and reports.

13.Maintain a good communication channel with customers or manufacturers, get timely support and solve production problems.
