Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced MM Lead to lead our global SAP S/4HANA implementation project, starting with the development of a global template followed by rollout. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM, procurement, and inventory management to guide the team and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA MM solutions, including procurement and inventory management.
• Guide the configuration and testing of SAP S/4HANA MM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other modules.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of the project by overseeing solution testing and validation.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor the functional team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, resolving complex issues and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Project Delivery:

• Oversee the development of a global template for SAP S/4HANA MM implementation.
• Ensure the rollout of the solution across different regions, maintaining consistency and quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM: Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA MM, procurement, and inventory management, with a strong understanding of cross-module integration.
• Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience in leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, with a focus on MM module.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and communicate effectively.
• Solution Design: Strong solution design and configuration skills, with experience in testing and quality assurance.
