The Role
As an MLT Operator, you will perform quality tests, supervise test equipment operations, label products, prepare quality reports, and support quality controllers in addressing quality issues. You'll ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct visual checks, and maintain equipment.

Essential Functions/Key Deliverables  

  • Performs quality tests in accordance with control plan and quality instructions.
  • Supervising of correct operation of the test equipment.
  • Labeling the product in accordance with instructions.
  • Prepare quality reports.
  • Performing activities related to labeling, re-check, rework for non-conforming product. 
  • Support Quality Controllers to identify and find solutions for quality related issues.
  • Visual check of the product.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure and monitor all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure, monitor, and comply with all environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and BRCGS procedures and guidelines on Health & Safety. 
  • Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience 

  • Good organizational skills

  • Problem Solving/ troubleshooting 
  • Understanding of ISO, HACCP 
  • Familiar with measurement and tests devices
