We're looking for a talented Property Lawyer to join our growing Property Managed Legal Services (MLS) team within Vario, Pinsent Masons' market-leading alternative legal services business. What You'll Be Doing
As a senior member of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and developing strong client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted legal adviser, working closely with clients' legal, estates and operational teams
- Leading the negotiation, drafting and management of a broad range of commercial property asset management matters, including:
- Leases
- Licences
- Variations
- Surrenders
- Extensions
- Consents and related agreements
- Advising on and managing real estate finance transactions, including:
- Certificates of title
- Charges
- Searches
- Officer's certificates
- Legal opinions
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their commercial objectives
- Collaborating with colleagues across Vario and Pinsent Masons to deliver seamless legal solutions
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and embracing technology-enabled ways of working
Supporting the development and supervision of junior team members through coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing and quality oversight
What We're Looking For
You'll be a confident and commercially focused property lawyer who enjoys building relationships and delivering practical solutions.
We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- Qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales with approximately 4-10 years' PQE
- Strong commercial property experience, particularly within asset management
- Experience advising on real estate finance matters
- Experience supporting large property portfolios or complex client accounts
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, client-centric approach and the ability to provide commercially focused advice
- An interest in legal innovation, technology and modern service delivery models
- Experience of commercial acquisitions or plot sales would be advantageous but is not essential

Skills Required
- 4-10 years' PQE in English law
