When companies do align the MLR process to marketing efforts and leverage a fully integrated platform that blurs the lines between production management and content management, they can gain various tangible efficiencies. These managers work hard to find solutions to outstanding problems and further refine the MLR submission process with an eye on efficiency. They track projects and keep the server up to date, helping everyone on the team do their work better. And when colleagues have questions, they provide reliable answers. The position requires an essential team member that can make things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce the necessary assets for (e.g. screenshots, PDFs, mockups) and corresponding annotations for the regulatory reviews.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Able to perform QA and QC daily activities (bug tracking and testing tasks)

  • Recommend improvements or corrections to developers in terms of work quality where applicable.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

Required Experience:

  • Ensures alignment of scope and objectives to stakeholder expectations.

  • English advanced

  • High attention to detail and solid analytical skills

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Develops working relationships with peers, team members and other stakeholders to develop better solutions.

  • Suggests innovative and more effective ways to address issues and challenges and accomplish team tasks to overcome obstacle

  • Proactively alerts supervisor and peers to potential issues and works to find solutions to overcome issues.

  • Strong work ethics in order to deliver on time and without supervision.

  • Maintains positive and professional work relationships with others in the team, create a teamwork environment and support others on their assignments.

  • Provides support to team members in areas of expertise.

  • Approaches change with a willingness to learn

  • HTML (HTML 4.01, XHTML, HTML 5)

  • Understanding and practical use of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro and Adobe XD

  • Use Zeplin, InDesign or similar

  • FUSE and/or Veeva Vault technologies
