Santander Back-Offices Globales Mayoristas (SBGM) is a public limited company wholly owned by Banco Santander and is part of the Santander Corporate & Investment Banking Division. SBGM was created with the aim of being a center of excellence in the management of operations that require a high degree of specialization. It is focused on the execution of specialized processes and corporate projects in Global Businesses: Markets, Financing, Transaction Banking, Wholesale Risks, General Intervention, etc.

SBGM is looking for a MLOPS ENGINEER ANALYST based out of BOADILLA DEL MONTE (Madrid).
We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
Develop and Maintain AI Applications:
- Implement AI models using Python.
- Utilize Kubernetes for deployment and management.
- Perform ETL processes with Python and Spark.
- Build and maintain APIs related to AI/ML.
Ensure Code Quality and build deployment pipelines:
- Use Git and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Sonar, and Fortify.
- Conduct testing with frameworks like Pytest.
- Monitor and maintain production projects.
- Use orchestration tools like Control-M and Airflow.
Collaborate with stakeholders:
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and CTOs.

Professional Experience
- 2+ years of actual experience in developing and mantain productive AI applications (Required)
Education
- University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics (Required)
Languages
- English (Required)
Hard Skills
- Python, Kubernetes and Spark (Required)
- Experience in AWS or Azure (Preferred)
- IaC, Terraform (Preferred)
- MLFlow and Kubeflow (Preferred)
- Databricks or Cloudera (Preferred)
