Your Role

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive MLOps architecture aligned with platform features and priorities
• Research and provide recommendations for technical challenges, including proactive risk mitigation
• Proactively suggest industry trends and take ownership of framing and solving technical challenges and blockers
  Infrastructure and Operationalization

• Design, build, and manage infrastructure for ML workloads, optimizing for scale , performance and cost
• Ensure scalability, reliability , performance, and high availability of the MLOps platform
• Design deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop change management processes for system updates
• Define process improvements and help implement them
   

Platform Adoption and User Experience

• Facilitate easy adoption of the platform by removing barriers and improving usability
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure feasible architectural designs
   

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

• Drive innovation in MLOps practices and tools
• Reduce technical debt through architectural improvements
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on ML/AI systems
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and ML workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
