Key Responsibility

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain the platform that enables creation and deployment of AI agents at production scale.
• Develop agents end-to-end — from scoping and prototyping to evaluation and deployment — across real-world customer use cases.
• Architect and implement LLM-powered systems using modern patterns: tool-use, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, structured outputs, and memory.
• Own prompt engineering and context construction strategies; run systematic experiments to improve agent behavior and reliability.
• Build evaluation frameworks and feedback loops that surface real-task data back into research and iteration cycles.
• Translate loosely defined business or customer problems into well-scoped, production-ready ML solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions and contribute to engineering best practices across the team.
• Stay current on the latest LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and AI product development stacks — and bring that knowledge into the team's work.

• Required Experience and Education

  What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of software or ML engineering experience, with meaningful time spent in production environments.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience shipping production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompt engineering, agent development, tool use, RAG, and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of LLM implementation patterns — how to structure context, design tool-use flows, and build reliable multi-step agent pipelines — without relying on high-level abstractions.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one of: ML, software engineering, systems design, or applied research — with the ability to learn quickly across unfamiliar parts of the stack.
• Comfort working on zero-to-one problems with real ambiguity and high ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience with model evaluation, LLM fine-tuning or prompt optimization workflows.
• Exposure to MLOps practices: experiment tracking, model serving, CI/CD for ML.
• Experience building APIs (FastAPI, Flask) to expose model capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
