What You Will Do:

What We're Looking For:
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of NLP concepts and experience with transformer-based models.
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
