Job Description
We are seeking a creative and skilled Mixologist to craft unique and high-quality cocktails, enhance guest experiences, and maintain an exceptional bar atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be artistic, and creative and has skills in developing original and exciting beverages using the best of local ingredients and traditions. You are responsible for ensuring that guests are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our beverage offerings. Your key duties and responsibilities are to serve the guests in accordance with our standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner, to make sure that the bar is professionally set up at all times, and to process drink orders quickly and efficiently. You will be expected to take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness of yourself and your area of responsibility, and you must understand and adhere to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures, and Beverage Manual.

Create, prepare, and serve a variety of innovative and classic cocktails.

Maintain a well-stocked bar with all necessary ingredients, garnishes, and supplies.

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and ensuring satisfaction.

Experiment with and develop new cocktails and seasonal menus.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Train and mentor team members on mixology techniques and cocktail presentation.
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar or restaurant.

Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic ingredients.

Ability to create unique and visually appealing cocktails.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in bartending or mixology (preferred)
