Managerial Roles & Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct and mentor a staff of technical production specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional excellence.
- Strategic Project Management: Own the end-to-end execution of XR programs from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and product goals.
- Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage multimedia budgets, allocate hardware/software resources effectively, and handle contracts with external vendors and contractors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the media team and stakeholders in marketing, engineering, and executive leadership to align content with broader campaigns.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency, such as documenting new production tools or managing digital asset libraries.
- Quality & Brand Assurance: Ensure all multimedia and XR content maintains brand voice, adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG/ADA), and meets strict quality benchmarks before release.
- Capacity Planning: Run regular meetings to manage team capacity, forecast future demand, and identify skill gaps within the department.
Required Leadership Qualifications:
Experience
Typically requires 5+ years in multimedia/XR production with 1–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strategic Skills
Proven ability to develop media and marketing strategies, including the implementation of AI tools for content efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. A master's degree is a plus.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management in the software industry
- 2+ years of experience focused specifically on AR, VR, or computer vision
- Proven experience with MR software development, architecture, and design
- Strong knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
