Das Besondere an dieser Position
- Erstteilfreigabe Produktion
- Mitarbeit bei der Betreuung und Kontrolle des Produktionsbetriebes in allen wesentlichen qualitätsrelevanten Belangen
- Freigabe von Fertigprodukten (Warenausgangskontrolle)
- Durchführung aller anfallenden Labortätigkeiten (z.B. Erfassung Wanddicke)
- Mikrotomschnitte anfertigen
- Vermessung von Mikrotomschnitten an Messmikroskopen
- Durchführung von Zug-, Druck- und Schälversuchen
- 3D Vermessung von Produkten nach vorgegebenen Messprogramm
- Mithilfe und Durchführung von Produktaudits
- Erfassung und Beurteilung von Ausschussteilen
- Erstellen von Prüf- und Qualitätsabweichungsberichten
- Unterstützung der Q- Techniker bei Reklamationen
- Berichterstattung an die QS und Produktion
- Sonstige vom Vorgesetzten angewiesene Tätigkeiten
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Metall- oder Kunststoffbereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP, Erfahrung im Umgang mit der CAQ-Software Babtec von Vorteil
- Lösungsorientierte, flexible Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist,
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikationsfreude und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung
- Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Skills Required
