What you’ll get to do:
- Ensure the ARTs are continually building the right things and building them right is a never-ending process.
- Understand what solutions and experiences the ART can deliver.
- Primarily responsible for maintaining the content and the conceptual and technical integrity of the Team Backlog.
- Provide daily insights that guide development toward the highest-value outputs and the team toward meeting iteration goals.
- Maximize the value delivered by applying feedback from Customer and Stakeholders throughout the entire delivery life cycle.

- Assist with ART Backlog prioritization, and
- Educate the ART during PI Planning.
- Managing and Prioritizing the Team Backlog
- Guide Story creation,
- Prioritize Backlog items,
- Accept Stories, and
- Support Architectural Runway.
- Supporting the Team and Delivering Value
- Balance Stakeholder perspectives,
- Elaborate Stories,
- Foster Built-in Quality, and
- Participate in Team and ART events.
- Getting and Applying Feedback
- Test benefit hypotheses,
- Obtain feedback from Customers and Stakeholders,
- Share feedback with the ART, and
- Evolve solution design.
You’ll bring these qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in technical field plus 10 years of experience or 14 years of work experience in lieu of degree will be considered,
- Active Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner certification
- Experience with both the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense:
- 10 years of Operational Electronic Warfare Expertise
- 10 years of Operational Sensor Orchestration and planning experience
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
- Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, and Assess (F2T2EA) dynamic targeting process
- Task, Collect, Process, Exploit, and Disseminate (TCPED) process for operations and intelligence planners to synchronize resources; and
- Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing & Integration, and Maintenance (PADITIM) Software Development Life Cycle
- Combatant Command structure and operations
- Tactical deployment and system employment planning

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$114,600 - 252,100 USD
