What You Will Do:

Resource & Program Management

  • Develop and manage resource and spend plans aligned to organizational priorities.

  • Allocate staff, budget, and operational resources based on evolving needs.

  • Advise leadership on resource gaps, risks, and strategic planning.

Financial Oversight

  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial execution across departments.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and reimbursements, and support payroll inputs.

  • Conduct reconciliations and prepare financial status reports.

  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and year‑end processes.

Operational & Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and implement efficient workflows.

  • Manage vendor relationships, records, and internal documentation systems.

  • Support HR‑related actions such as onboarding, timesheets, and staff coordination.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • EIGHT (8) or more years of experience in the national security setting

  • A high performing resource and finance professional with extensive experience managing budgets, supervising staff, coordinating across departments, and supporting mission focused operations.

  •  Experience managing multi million dollar budgets or resource programs.

  •  Supervisory or team lead experience.

  •  Accounting or QuickBooks certifications.

  • Strong financial management and budgeting expertise.

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information and adapt to shifting priorities.

  •   Background supporting government, mission‑driven, or complex organizations.
