- Work as part of a dedicated accounting team, in the context of a broader mission program delivery team, to serve as the business infrastructure for a complex priority program
- Leverage accounting experience and know-how to ensure program accuracy, compliance, and throughput
- Utilize forensic skills to identify, trace, and resolve prior issues and inaccuracies
- Work closely with program managers and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and execute initiatives to improve overall program output and quality
- Work across organizational boundaries and complex stakeholder networks to generate momentum toward shared program objectives
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- FIVE (5) years delivering support preferably in finance or accounting to the Intelligence Community (IC)
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
- Master's degree in a relevant field or discipline
- EIGHT (8) years of experience delivering support in a federal financial environment, ideally in accounting operations
