- Analyze portfolio performance and key business KPIs on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
- Prepare MIS dashboards, performance reports, and management presentations
- Track Actual vs Budget, MTD/YTD trends, and variance analysis
- Support business units with actionable insights to improve revenue, efficiency, and growth
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams on data needs
- Support management with ad‑hoc analysis, forecasts, and business cases
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and reporting standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, Power Query preferred)
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and large datasets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
- Prior experience in analytics, finance, MIS, or portfolio management is preferred
