We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS & Admin Executive to manage client billing operations, ensure timely timesheet closures, and support general administrative and office coordination activities. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and coordination skills, be comfortable interacting with internal teams and clients, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Coordination
Support local office administration, vendor coordination, and general operational requirements.
Handle procurement of office supplies, facility maintenance, and service provider coordination.
Ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day administrative tasks and internal communication.
Assist HR and operations teams in logistics, onboarding support, and event coordination when required.
Maintain organized records of client contracts, billing details, and administrative documentation.
Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring accuracy and availability of data.
Billing & MIS Management
Manage end-to-end client billing process in coordination with internal stakeholders and contractors.
Ensure timely submission and approval of timesheets from contractors and team members.
Maintain accurate records of billing status, receivables, and other key MIS reports.
Coordinate with clients for billing clarifications, follow-ups, and documentation requirements.
Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards for management review.
Assist in data consolidation, analysis, and presentation for leadership reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reports, dashboards).
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliverables.
Good interpersonal skills and client-handling ability.
Knowledge of billing processes or experience in client coordination will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / any relevant discipline.
3–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, billing coordination, or administrative support roles.
Experience in a services or consulting environment preferred.
