Mindstix is a technology consulting and product engineering company delivering digital transformation solutions to global clients. We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive assistance to leadership for administrative activities.
Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Maintain inventory and company asset records.
Coordinate office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
Organize internal meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
Supervise office support staff (including office boy) and ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate travel, logistics, and visitor management when required.
Maintain administrative documentation and records.
Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in office administration.
Hands-on experience in Executive Assistance.
Experience in Inventory & Asset Management.
Event Coordination and Office Operations Management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Immediate availability is mandatory.
Preferred
Experience working in IT/Technology organizations.
Exposure to hybrid office environments.
Vendor and facility management experience
